Privacy policy

We only collect what we need to get back to you, run your project and improve the website. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for advertising.

• Contact form: your name, phone number or email address, your store or website link if you share it, your message, the topic you chose, the address of the page you sent the form from and the page language.
• WhatsApp and email: your message and contact details when you write to us directly.
• Website use: aggregate statistics from Google Analytics, such as which pages were visited, where the visit came from, device and browser type and approximate location (city level).
• Your preferences: your theme (light or dark) and language choice. These stay in your own browser and are never sent to us.

• To reply to your meeting request and stay in touch
• To look at your store or accounts and prepare a suitable proposal
• If you become a client, to handle the contract, invoicing and the service itself
• To understand which parts of the website are useful and improve it

Your information is shared only with the service providers we use to do the work, and only as far as needed:

• Form service (currently Web3Forms): forwards your form message to us by email.
• Email and file storage (Google Workspace): where our correspondence and documents are kept.
• Google Analytics: website usage statistics.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you message us on WhatsApp.

Beyond these, your information is shared only when the law requires it, at the request of the competent authorities. Some of these providers have servers outside Turkey; details are in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

Meeting requests are kept for [Saklama süresi: görüşme talepleri] after the request is closed, then deleted. If you become a client, contract and invoice records are kept for the periods required by the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law. The retention period for analytics data is set to [GA4 veri saklama süresi] in our Google Analytics settings.

The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the team members working on your project can access your information.

You can ask what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. All your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK and how to apply are in our KVKK Privacy Notice.
