Working principles and terms of service

These principles apply to the advertising, marketplace, social media, branding and design, web, mobile app, video production and photography services provided by Zenart Digital ([Şirket ünvanı]). The scope, duration and fee of each project are set out in your personal proposal and the signed contract; if the contract and this page differ, the contract prevails.

Every project starts with a written contract. It clearly sets out the work, deliverables, duration and fee.

• We invoice our service fee monthly.
• Prices on the website and in our proposals include VAT.

Ad accounts, marketplace stores, social media accounts and analytics accounts remain yours. We work in these accounts with the permissions you grant and on your behalf.

• If you already have an account, we don't open a new one; we ask for access to your own account.
• The campaigns, content and reports we build during our work stay in your accounts.

Wherever possible, we connect to your accounts through the platforms' own permission tools (such as Meta Business Manager and Google Ads access management) rather than by sharing passwords. When the contract ends, we hand all access permissions back to you and remove our own access.

We read the numbers with you regularly. How often depends on the service: weekly reports for advertising and marketplace work, monthly for social media. Our reports say clearly what worked and what didn't.

Sales figures, costs and business information we learn while working together stay between us; they are not shared or used as a reference without your permission.

The commitment period and notice period for termination are set out in the proposal and the contract: [Fesih bildirim süresi]. When our work ends, we hand back access permissions and deliver the files the contract says we will.
